We offer HVAC, EVAP , Furnace Maintenance Agreements!
Our HVAC Preventative Maintenance Agreements would include 2 filters, and checking the HVAC system. Checking the voltage, indoor and outdoor fan motor, compressor, blower assembly, air flow, duct work, thermostat, condensate line, wiring, connections, and safety controls, check for signs of leaks, refrigerant, suction and discharge line, condenser coils, capacitors, as well as the furnace, burners, flue, vent and cap to make sure the system is functioning adequately.
Our Evaporative “Swamp” Cooler Preventative Maintenance Agreements include inspecting the water supply line, electrical wiring, V-belt, casement, tray, pump impeller, and connections for leaks, cracks, wear, and poor connections, adjust motor belts for proper belt tension, reconnect the water line and turn on the water supply, check the float valve, switch on the cooler motor and recirculating pump and make sure the unit is operating properly.
**Maintenances do NOT cover emergencies, repairs, or replacement parts**
If you’re interested, all you have to do is choose is the agreement you wish to sign up for:
Annual Agreement: We maintenance your cooling system once a year. Recommended for Low usage systems. Like Residential Properties; Vacation homes, Guest homes, etc.
Semiannual Agreement: We maintenance your cooling system twice a year. Recommended for Low/Moderate usage systems. Residential Properties; residence, Airbnbs, etc.
Triannual Agreement: We maintenance your cooling system 3 times a year. Recommended for Moderate/ High usage systems. Commercial Properties; Admin Offices, post offices, Classrooms, etc.
Quarterly Agreement: We maintenance your cooling system 4 times a year. Recommended for High usage systems. Commercial Properties; Nail salons, cigar lounges, restaurants etc.
